My role
I developed policies, operating procedures, media protocols, identity standards, executive materials and performance measures. I led executive visits and institutional events, coordinating protocol, hospitality, suppliers, venues, transport and operational readiness.
Outputs and work delivered
I documented seven procedure areas and handled more than 30 print and signage requests. I produced the first employee offers guide following outreach to more than 120 companies, and organised distribution groups for approximately 1,121 recipients. Delivery included the staff services exhibition, a hospital opening programme of approximately SAR 960,000, an employee celebration programme of approximately SAR 260,000, and signage and wayfinding work valued at SAR 4–6 million.
