Project governance and advisory work
I worked as a Project Management and Governance Consultant from 2018 to 2024 alongside my operations role, serving as the main client contact on advisory assignments.
My role
I clarified client expectations, priorities and governance requirements. I developed operating procedures, governance checkpoints and decision controls, and turned advisory findings into reports and practical follow-up plans for leadership.
Outputs for decisions and follow-up
Outputs included documented procedures, executive reports and follow-up plans with clear ownership. These tools gave leaders visibility of actions, risks and progress, and identified matters requiring a client or leadership decision.
The advisory period overlapped with operational employment. The periods are not added together as consecutive years.
