The exhibition took place at King Abdullah Specialist Hospital in Qassim on 9 and 10 February 2026. It brought service providers together so employees could explore their offers in one location.

I coordinated with participating organisations, allocated their spaces and followed up on venue readiness and communication requirements. I then prepared the closing report.

Sixteen organisations participated across three halls, with an estimated 400–450 attendees. I prepared the closing report to document participation and operational observations.
Attendance is a field estimate based on site occupancy, booth activity and operational observations.
