As Project Manager during 2024 and 2025, I led delivery across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, within portfolios valued at AED 20–70 million and with multidisciplinary teams of 48–90.

My role
I led end-to-end delivery, translating client requirements into schedules, procurement plans and risk controls. I managed coordination, approvals and progress reporting across the parties involved.
Delivery plans and reporting
Outputs included schedules, procurement plans, risk controls and stakeholder performance reports across sites in three emirates. Reporting showed progress and the issues requiring a decision or further action. A recommendation from the Spaces Design CEO, dated 25 July 2025, documents my leadership of these projects and recognises my responsibility, problem-solving and communication.
